测试参数对热致变色纤维织物变色效果的影响

针对热致变色纤维织物变色效果的影响因素,选用棉纱为经纱,热致变色粘胶长丝纱为纬纱,设计织造了3种不同纬密的机织物,对其变色前后的颜色空间(L^*、a^*、b^*)进行测试,并分析加热时间、测试温度以及测试方向等参数对热致变色纤维织物变色效果的影响。结果表明:加热时间对织物的明度及色相影响不显著;测试温度对明度及色相有显著影响。随测试温度升高,织物明度提高,偏红程度减弱;织物沿经向、纬向的明度高,偏红程度低,测试方向对织物明度和色相有显著影响。研究结果对热致变色纤维在织物中的应用及变色效果的测试具有一定的参考价值。

Effect of test factors on color change of thermochromic fiber fabric

In order to study the influence of test parameters on the color change effect of thermochromic fiber fabric,cotton yarn was selected as warp yarn and thermochromic viscose filament yarn was selected as weft yarn,and three different weft-density woven fabrics were designed and weaved.The color space before and after discoloration(L^*,a^*,b^*)and the effects of different test parameters such as heating time,temperature and test direction on the discoloration effect of thermochromic fiber fabrics and their significance were tested and analyzed.The results show that the heating time has little effect on the brightness and hue of the fabric.With the increase of temperature,the brightness of the fabric was improved,the degree of redness was weakened,the temperature has a significant effect on the brightness and hue;the brightness of the fabric along the meridional direction increased.The degree of redness decreased.As the temperature increased,the brightness of the fabric in the latitudinal direction increased,and the degree of redness is decreased.The test direction has a significant effect on the brightness and hue of the fabric.The research results have certain reference value to the application of thermochromic fiber in wool fabric and the testing of the effect of color change.
