摘    要:激光增材制造是采用激光对粉末材料逐线逐面熔合从而形成制件,其加工过程涉及复杂的物理与化学变化,获得的制件性能与众多因素相关,工艺参数是影响制件性能的重要因素,如何调整工艺参数,获得特定功能的制件或优化制件性能是目前该领域的研究热点之一。从试验研究、数值模拟、工艺优化3个方面阐述了国内外学者对激光增材制造工艺参数现有的研究方法及其发展趋势。

Abstract:Laser additive manufacturing technology uses laser to fuse powder materials line by line and layer by layer to form solid parts. The forming process involves complex physical and chemical changes, and the properties of the products are related to many factors.The process parameters are the important factors affecting the properties of parts, and how to adjust the process parameters for obtaining customized parts or optimizing parts performance is a research hotspot in this field. It introduced the current domestic and overseas research methods and future trend from three aspects: experimental study, numerical simulation and process optimization.
