新型抗菌保暖毛针织面料的开发

为满足当下对针织面料产品高档化和多功能化的追求,通过引入Thermolite?保暖功能性纤维新材料,结合光触媒抗菌除臭功能性整理新技术,赋予毛针织面料抗菌保暖等新功能特性。从纺纱、织造、染整工艺3个方面分析毛针织面料抗菌保暖加工技术的难点及措施,开发了2种抗菌保暖毛针织面料,并就其产品风格特征、质量指标进行了分析。抗菌保暖毛针织面料在高档毛针织服装、保暖针织内衣以及抗菌针织运动休闲针织服装设计上表现出特有的优势潜力及良好的应用前景。

Development of new antibacterial thermal wool knitting fabrics

In order to meet the consumer′s demand for high-grade and multi-functional knitting fabric products, Thermolite,a new fiber with thermal function, with combination of photocatalytic antibacterial deodorant functional finishing technology, give wool knitted fabric new functional features of antibacterial and keeping warm, was introduced.The problems and solutions of the techniques were analyzed from spinning, weaving and finishing.Two kinds of antibacterial and thermal wool knitting fabric were developed, and the characteristics of the two fabrics were analyzed.Antibacterial thermal wool knitted fabrics had unique advantages.It can be widely applied on the design of high-grade wool knitted garments, thermal knitted shirts and antibacterial knitted sportswear.
