汽车覆盖件弧线翻边回弹原理及控制方法

摘    要:弧线翻边是引起覆盖件A面回弹的常见形式,在假设翻边应力完全释放的情况下,对弧线翻边进行分析,获得了回弹后残余应力与回弹值的关系,根据翻边回弹趋势和应力数值可快速制定回弹控制及补偿方法,如工艺缺口释放局部应力、增加余量补偿、二次翻边、双压料器及全型面回弹补偿等,全型面回弹补偿技术在设计前期可以将回弹量控制在0.5 mm内,减少后期模具调试工作和降低制造成本。

Abstract:The arc flanging was the common form for the springback in A surface of cover panels. The arc flanging was analyzed to obtain the relation between the residual stress and springback value at the premise of the stress completely released. The springback control and compensation solution could be rapidly confirmed according to the springback trend and stress value. It presented common solutions such as release local stress at process notch, add allowance compensation, two stage flanging, double clamping component and full surface springback compensation. It controlled the springback value in 0.5 mm by using the full surface springback compensation, which favourable for cutting down the debugging work and reducing the enterprise cost.
