摘    要:介绍有色冶金中砷的主要走向及含量分布情况,综述了现阶段国内对含砷物料进行综合处理的四类主要方法——火法焙烧脱砷、湿法浸出脱砷、火法与湿法联合脱砷以及生物氧化预处理脱砷的研究现状,对比分析了四类主要方法的优缺点。湿法脱砷和生物氧化预处理脱砷相对于其他方法具有工艺简单、操作条件温和、节能环保等优点,在实际生产中得到了一定的应用。最后,指出了有色冶金中含砷物料脱砷研究的发展方向。

Abstract:Main trends and content distribution of arsenic in nonferrous metallurgy were introduced. Four main methods for comprehensive treatment of arsenic-bear materials at present stage were summarized, including pyrometallurgical roasting, hydrometallurgical leaching, pyrometallurgical roasting and hydrometallurgical leaching, and biological oxidation pretreatment. Advantages and disadvantages of the above four methods were comparatively analyzed. The results show that arsenic removal by hydrometallurgical leaching and biological oxidation pretreatment is applied in practical production due to its advantages of simple process, mild operating conditions, less energy consumption and environmental protection. Development trend to remove arsenic from arsenic-bearing materials in nonferrous metallurgy is proposed.
