汽车调温器模具抽芯设计

摘    要:通过对汽车调温器的结构进行脱模分析,确定了模具的总体结构,采用特殊设计的开模控制器控制定模的弯销抽芯,并用侧抽芯距较大的液压缸抽芯机构完成侧抽芯;对加工困难的滑块零件采用镶件设计。经实际生产验证,模具结构合理,工作可靠,成型的塑件尺寸满足设计要求,质量达到市场的预期效果。

Abstract:The overall structure of the mould was determined by analyzing the structure of the thermostat. The angular cam core-pulling mechanism was controlled by a specially designed mould-opening controller, and the core-pulling mechanism with larger side core-pulling distance driven by the hydraulic cylinder was used. For the slider parts that difficult to process, the insert design was adopted. The actual production verified that the mould structure was reasonable, and the work was reliable. The size of plastic parts met the design requirements, its quality was achieved the expected effect of the market.
