基于Autoform的汽车后门外板冲压回弹补偿分析

摘    要:采用Autoform R7软件对汽车后门外板进行冲压回弹及回弹补偿分析,通过从全流程CAE分析控制,并对影响回弹分析结果准确性的参数进行了设置,完成3次回弹补偿方案后,最终得到满足实际需求的回弹补偿方案,并验证了该回弹补偿方案的有效性,最终检测产品公差为±0.5 mm。

Abstract:The stamping springback and springback compensation of the rear door outer panel was analyzed by using Autoform R7 software. Through the CAE analysis and control of the whole process, and the parameters affecting the accuracy of the springback analysis results were set. After completing three schemes of springback compensation, a scheme met the actual needs was put forward. Finally, its effectiveness was verified, and the tolerance of final product was fluctuated within the range of ±0.5 mm.
