摘    要:通过对不锈钢排气管180°弯曲工艺进行分析,优化了芯棒、轮模及防皱块的工艺参数,避免了管件成形时起皱和开裂.经实践生产证明,设计的弯曲模安全可靠,排气管成形质量良好,满足生产需求,对生产不锈钢弯管具有一定的奏考作用。

Abstract:The bending process of the 180 degree exhaust pipe with stainless steel was analyzed, and the process parameters of the core rod, wheel die and anti-wrinkle block were optimized to avoid the wrinkling and cracking of the pipe. The practice and production proved that the bending die for pipewas safe and reliable, and the quality of the bend pipe was good, which met the production demand and provided a certain reference for the stainless steel bend pipes.
