摘    要:详细介绍了400kA电解槽焦粒焙烧法和干法启动全过程,分析总结焙烧启动过程中常见的异常问题、技术条件管控及处理方法,确保焙烧启动过程可控,为后期生产平稳提供保证。该电解系列较长的槽寿命和高效生产证明了所采用的焙烧启动方法的合理性。

Abstract:Coke particle baking and dry roasting start-up process of 400 kA aluminum electrolytic cell was described. Abnormal issues, technical controlling, and addressing methods during baking and start-up were analyzed. Controllable start-up process can provide security for follow-up steady production. The start-up method is proved to be reasonable and effective by longer cell-life and efficient production of electrolyzer series.
