内填散体材料废弃轮胎叠合体承载能力研究

摘    要:为提高废弃轮胎在土木工程上的利用率,提出利用废弃轮胎环箍约束散体材料,形成具有良好 载荷能力的叠合体。通过竖向载荷试验,测得不同因素对叠合体承载能力和变形特点的影响情况。分 析出叠合体的承载力主要与填充材料的性质和轮胎的直径有关,实验表明叠合体的承载力与内摩擦角 或轮胎的直径呈正相关关系,当后者增大时,前者也随之增大;当叠合体内填充不同的材料时,它的横向 变形量沿高度分布情况也不同,即变形特点与填充材料有关;旧轮胎能够提供相当大的环向约束力,给 出了横向约束力和横向位移的计算公式,具有较好的计算精度;该叠合体能够承受很大的上部载荷,其 颗粒材料的抗剪强度和轮胎的环向约束能力被充分发挥。

Bearing Capacity of Composite Columns of Waste Tires Filled with Granular Material
Abstract:The treatment of waste tires is gaining more and more attention .In order to improve the utilization of waste tires in civil engineering ,composite column of waste tires was proposed which was used to constrain the granular material thus had good bearing capacity .By vertical loading tests ,effects of various factors on the bearing capacity and deforma-tion properties of composite columns were studied .The bearing capacity was related with diameter of tires and natures of filling material closely .With the increase of the internal friction angle and the tire diameter ,the bearing capacity of com-posite columns increase as well .Deformation features of composite columns relate to the filling material .Different filling materials lead to different distribution of lateral deformation along the height .Waste tires can provide considerable circu-lar confining force ,calculation formula for lateral binding and transverse displacement was given which has higher calcu-lation accuracy .The results showed that the composite columns filling with granular material could play the roles of shear strength of granular material and the confining force ,so it can bear considerable upper load .
