| Abstract: | The basic principles of four DNA molecular markers methods including restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP), random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), AFLP and micro-satellite DNA marker, and the latest research advance in their use in yeast identification were introduced in this paper. Besides, both the advantages and the disadvantages of the four methods were illustrated. |
