极谱法测定铅及铅合金中的微量锡

摘    要:建立了极谱法测定铅及铅合金中的微量锡的新方法。过氧化钠熔融试样后,用酸浸取,采用硫酸沉淀并分离铅。在盐酸(2.4 mol/L)-氯化铵(2 mol/L)混合底液中,锡在滴汞电极上产生良好的还原波。试验结果表明,该方法的相对标准偏差RSD小于2%,加标回收率为96.6%~103%。方法准确、可靠,在实际工作中已经得到很好的应用。

Abstract:A new method was established for determination of trace tin in lead and lead alloy by polarography. Sample was melted by sodium peroxide, acid leaching, using sulfuric acid precipitation and separation lead. In hydrochloric acid (2.4 mol/L) - ammonium chloride (2 mol/L) mixed base solution, tin in the dropping mercury electrode produce good reduction wave. The relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 2%, the standard addition recovery is 96.6% ~ 103% in the actual sample test method, Method is accurate, reliable and has gained good application in practical work.
