| Abstract: | Based on the radiance theory under thermal equilibrium and the analysis of itsapplication conditions, an expansion formula of radiance parameters under non-thermal equilibriumwas put forword according to relax reflectance phenomenon of material on instantaneous laser,which can be considered as the basis of IR and laser multiplex stealth technique. |
