| 摘 要： | 研究了解决切削温度测量时冷端温度补偿的等效热电偶法的原理，推导了计算公式，并通过实验证实了此方法的正确性和精度，同时应用此方法测量了ＰＣＢＮ 切削淬硬轴承钢时切削温度的变化规律。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the calculation formula deduced by the equivalent thermocouple method is presented for compe nsating the cooling end temperature in the measurement of cutting temperature. T he vali dity and precision of this method were proved by experiment, at the same time, a measurement was carried out for the changing rule of the cutting temperature while cutting quench bearing steels with PCBN cutters by this method. |
