β-葡萄糖苷酶产生菌原生质体的诱变研究

摘    要:以β-葡萄糖苷酶产生菌——无花果曲霉CN67为原始菌株,经溶菌酶、蜗牛酶和纤维素酶的混合酶系酶解获得原生质体,用紫外线照射诱变,获得产β-葡萄糖苷酶活相对较高的菌株UV-29,其酶活稳定在20.48IU/mL,比出发菌株提高了3.49IU/mL。再经传代实验,该菌株具有较好的遗传稳定性。

Abstract:The protoplasts of Aspergillusficuum CN67 was obtained by dissolving it with lywallzyme,snail digestase,cellulose.After UV mutagenization ,the enzymatic ability of the strain is increased from the initial 15.09 IU/ mL to 20.48 IU/mL. And also this mutant has good stability.
