| 摘 要： | 针对建设项目管理中工程造价的控制问题,探讨了决策阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段等各阶段的造价控制措施,以使工程造价的发生额控制在批准的工程造价限额内,保证了项目投资目标的实现,从而取得较好的投资效益。
