多层砌体住宅楼楼板错层结构的探讨

摘    要:结构安全度是规范的重要指标,安全水平的提高应循序渐进,保持规范的连续性,跳跃过大,难以为广大技术人员所接受,容易造成混乱。建筑抗震设计规范GB50011-2001 7.1.7条,多层砌体房屋的结构体系,第3款,防震缝的设置条件,6度至9度一样对待,笔者认为GBJ11-89第5.1.4条三项,6度、7度与8度和9度区别对待更合理。

Abstract:The structural safety is an important index in the design code. In order to keep the continuity of the code, the factor of safety should be increased gradually. In the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings (GB 50011-2001), it is specified in article 7.1.7 that the requirements for establishing seismic joints in multi-story masonry buildings are all the same in regions of earthquake intensities varying from 6 to 9. It is more rational to treat it differently between the regions of earthquake intensities6, 7and 8, 9 as specified in article 5.1.4 of former code GBJ 11-89.
