深度过冷Sn-Bi合金的凝固行为

摘    要:本文用乳化法得到了深度过冷 Sn-Bi 合金液滴。用差热分析法、X 光衍射法和 SEM 分析了过冷度、成份、相组成和凝固组织之间的关系。结果表明,过冷度达到0.253Tm;深度过冷Sn-Bi合金以非平衡方式凝固。既可以无溶质分配方式,也可以凝固成共晶组织或初生相加共晶组织。

Abstract:Deeply undercooled liquid drops of Sn-Bi alloys were obtained by emulsification.Relationship between undercooling,compotition of alloys, phases and solidification structures was investigated by DTA,X-ray diffraction and SEM.The results showed that under the undercooling cond- ition of 0.253Tm,the Sn-Bi alloys solidified in a nonequilibrium way. The alloys could solidify either without redistribution of solute,or form eutectic structure or primary phase plus eutectic structure.
