采用激振法的曲轴疲劳试验

摘    要:研究了采用激振法的汽车发动机曲轴弯曲应力疲劳强度试验,介绍了激振法的工作原理及采用该方法进行疲劳试验的试验装置设计。该方法以工控机为控制核心,采用变频调速技术,利用电机转速变化改变激振频率并调节试验载荷,用高精度的位移传感器采集数据,具有试验数据自动记录、疲劳裂纹早期判断和报警停机功能。该方法可适用于多种轴颈尺寸的曲轴试验。

Abstract:Using oscillating method the endurance bending test of automotive engine was done. Discussing the principles of the method, the tester using the oscillating method was designed. The industrial control computer was used as main controller, the variable frequency speed adjusting technique was adopted, the rotation speed of motor can be changed to adjust the oscillating frequency and the experimental load, the experimental data were sampled by a high precision displacement sensor. The system has the function to memorize the experimental data automatically, to judge the fatigue flaw at the forepart, to stop the rotation of the motor and give an alarm. The method can be used in test of multiplicate crankshaft with different neck sizes.
