摘    要:应用浸渍法和浆涂法,采用不同原料分别制备了五种活性氧化铝涂层及相应的钯复合金属氧化物型三元催化剂。详细比较并分析了五种涂层在晶型(XRD)、比表面及三元催化活性等方面的区别及原因。对比了五种涂层制备方法的优缺点。由氯化铝、硝酸铝、纳米氧化铝粉、拟薄水铝石及氢氧化铝溶胶单体为原料制得的涂层结晶好、比表面大。由拟薄水铝石及氢氧化铝溶胶单体制备的γ-Al2O3涂层工艺方法简单、成本较低、涂层性能符合要求,是一种更为实用的方法。

Abstract:Five different γ-Al2O3 coatings for ceramic honeycomb and corresponding three-way catalysts (TWC ) were prepared from different materials by impregnation and slurry casting method. Difference among crystal form (XRD), surface area and catalytic activity of the five coatings and the causes were discussed. It is concluded that coatings with large surface area and favourable crystal form can be obtained using these five materials, but using pseudo-boehmite and aluminum hydroxide sol monomer as raw materials is more applicable.
