摘    要:针对真空泵溢流水回收至热力系统凝补水箱导致给水电导率升高的问题,对水样进行试验分析,认为铵离子质量浓度较高是导致给水电导率升高的主要原因,提出将真空泵溢流水回收到反渗透产水系统,经过阳床除去铵离子再回收利用的方案及建议。

Analysis on Runback Water Experiment from Vacuum Pump of 600MW Sub-critical Direct Air-cooling Units
Abstract:Aiming at the increased conductivity of feed water by vacuum condensate water recycled to condensate makeup tank of thermal system,test analyzes water samples,considers that high concentration of ammonium ion of water is the main reason,advances one suggestion that vacuum pump overflow water should be recycled to reverse osmosis water system,after the cation bed,ammonium ions can be removed.
