论“和谐激励”的根源、特征与实施

摘    要:和谐是在一定环境条件下矛盾着的事物各方达到的统一、协调、共存、发展状态。和谐状态一旦形成,便对事物系统内各要素具有激荡、推动、激发、扩张作用,此即"和谐激励"。这种激励源于事物各方的差异性、竞争性、包容性和发展性。和谐激励具有目标手段一致性、激励因素多维性、激励感受立体性和激励效应持久性等特点。实施和谐激励要立足于人的不同层次的需要,把人的生存发展作为最高价值追求,实现人的发展与组织发展相统一。

Abstract:Harmony is a state in which all quarters of contradictory things become united,coordinated,coexistent and developing in certain conditions.Once the harmonious condition forms,it surges,advances,stimulates and expands various essential factors in the thing system.This is called "Harmonious Encouragement".This kind of drive comes from difference,competitiveness, tolerance and expansibility among the quarters.Harmonious drive has the characteristics of consistent goals and methods,multi-dimensional drive factors,three-dimensional drive feeling and durable drive effect.We should implement harmonious drive on the basis of human's different level need and regard human's survival and development as the highest valuable pursuit,thus realizing the unification of personal development and organizational development.
