论“和谐激励”的根源、特征与实施

和谐是在一定环境条件下矛盾着的事物各方达到的统一、协调、共存、发展状态。和谐状态一旦形成,便对事物系统内各要素具有激荡、推动、激发、扩张作用,此即"和谐激励"。这种激励源于事物各方的差异性、竞争性、包容性和发展性。和谐激励具有目标手段一致性、激励因素多维性、激励感受立体性和激励效应持久性等特点。实施和谐激励要立足于人的不同层次的需要,把人的生存发展作为最高价值追求,实现人的发展与组织发展相统一。
