Combining some working experiences,the paper introduces the technical points for the construction of the prestressed concrete tubular piles,points out some construction methods of the thin stiff stratum,sums up the quality and the safety measures for the prestressed concrete piles,indicates that the prestressed stiff concrete piles construction has some advantages,such as low noise,little pollution,fast construction speed and low cost,so it can be used extensively.
