邻二氯苯在钒-钨-钛催化剂上的完全催化氧化

摘    要:采用等体积浸渍法制备不同系列钒-钨-钛催化剂,以与二噁英TCDD化学结构式相似的邻二氯苯作为替代物,研究催化剂对邻二氯苯的去除效率,考察钒负载质量分数和钨负载质量分数对邻二氯苯催化氧化性能的影响,通过XRD和催化剂比表面积分析对催化剂的微观结构进行表征。结果表明,随着钒负载质量分数的增加,催化剂比表面积降低,催化剂性能降低;随着钨负载质量分数的增加,催化剂比表面积增加,催化剂性能提高。钨的加入有利于促进活性钒的分散,提高催化剂的比表面积,催化剂比表面积是影响催化剂性能的关键因素。

Abstract:V2O5-WO3-TiO2 catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method.Using o-dichlorobenzene with the chemical structure similar to that of dioxins as their substitutes,the removal rates of o-dichlorobenzene on the catalysts were studied.The effects of V2O5 loading and WO3 loading on complete catalytic oxidation of o-dichlorobenzene were investigated,and the microstructure of the catalysts was characterized by XRD and BET.The results showed that with the increase of V2O5 loadings,the surface areas of the catalysts decreased,and the activity of the catalysts reduced;with the increase of WO3 loadings,the surface areas and the activity of the catalysts increased;the addition of WO3 could promote the dispersion of active V2O5 and increase the surface areas of the catalysts, and thus improve the catalytic activity of the catalysts.The specific surface area of the catalyst was the key influencing factor of the catalytic performance.
