| 摘 要： | 阐述了30MVA密闭电石炉在投入自动化运行时(电极自动升降调节功能),出炉开出炉口中引起电极频繁上下波动,给电石炉稳定运行造成诸多不利因素,制约电炉的各项经济指标。为此,设计开炉眼专用变压器,实现大型电石炉的自动化,为稳定炉况提供保障,取得了较好的经济效益。
