摘    要:根据衬板工况要求,研制了加入微量V、Ti元素的高铬白口铸铁衬板。研究表明:V和Ti能使高铬铸铁组织细化,碳化物形态改善,硬度、冲击韧度和抗磨性提高。

Abstract:A new kind of material of liners of high chromium white cast iron with traces of V and Ti was developed. The studied results show that V, Ti have fined down the structure of high chromium cast iron, improved the carbide morphology, increased the hardness, the toughness and the wear resistance.
