摘    要:对改革以来中国粮食科技体制和政策演变进行疏理,比照粮食科技所取得的成就,总结粮食科技体制、政策的经验教训,并提出今后中国粮食科技政策的取向和改革举措。

Abstract:Nowadays, food technology has become key factor for developing food production and food economy. For the purpose of positive interaction between food technology and food economy we must reform food technology system where is in force and establish food technology development policy. This article lay out develop's process which food technology system and policy of China since Reform. While this article also display achievement of food technology in this period. And then we sum up food technology system and policy's experiences and lessons. In the last, this article point out direction and measures of reform of food technology in China.
