摘    要:以树枝和树皮为样品,利用愈创木酚平板法和鞣酸平板法筛选得到一株产漆酶能力强的木质素降解菌.通过菌丝形态观察,初步认为该菌株为白腐菌.时菌株高产漆酶的液体培养条件进行了优化,最后获得的优化工艺为:温度为28~35℃,转速为140r·min-1,初始pH为5,诱导剂CuSO。加入量为0.5mmol·L-1.在该条件下漆酶的产量为178.6U·mL-1.

Abstract:A lignin-degrading fungus which had a strong ability of laccase production was screened by guaiacol plate and tannic acid plate with the twigs and bark. Through the hypha form observation,the strain was preliminarily affirmed as white rot fungus. The liquid cul ture conditions that could obtained high yield laccase of the strain were optimized. Finally the optimization process was that the temperature was 28-35℃, the rotate speed was 140 r .min -1 , the culture basis of initial pH was 5 and the inducer of CuSO4 amount was 0.5 mmol . L-1 In that conditions, the laccase yield was 178.6 U .mL-11.
