摘    要:重点阐述了在受熔化能力限制的条件下,采用集中冒口,确定冒口数量,大小,位置和补缩通道等技术措施,成功地浇注出重量为21000kg的铸件,在现有的熔化条件下,生产能力27%。

Abstract:This paper emphatically expounds some technical measures to successfully pour the casting weight for 21 000 kg within the limits of melting capabillity. Those measures include adopting concented riser and determining the riser location, size and number and feeding channed of the riser,ect. On the condition of melting available, the ability of production increase by 27 per cent.
