| 摘 要： | 利用快速镦粗试验，研究了水平连铸球铁和白口铸铁型材在快速变形过程中未达到极限变形量而开裂的工艺影响因素。研究结果表明，同热塑性一样，高温强度同样是影响球铁高温成型能力的重要因素。并提出以综合热塑性来评价球铁的高温变形能力。

| Abstract: | Using quick upseting test, the crack problem of the tested horizontal continuous casting ductile iron and low chrominum white cast iron bars before reaching their maximum deforming limits had been investigated. It's shown that the high temperature strength like the hot plasticity is also an important factor to the hot plastic deformability. From this result, it is suggested to use comprehensive hot plasticity to evaluate hot plastic deformability of ductile iron. |
