以粉煤灰为基础的微晶玻璃的制备

摘    要:利用传统熔体冷却方法以 Ti O2 和 Fe2 O3 为成核剂、粉煤灰含量 50 wt%以上的 Na2 O-Ca O- Si O2 系统基础玻璃的制备工艺进行了研究。利用差热分析 (DTA)确定了该玻璃的核化和晶化温度 ,并利用 X射线衍射分析 (XRD)和扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)对晶化试样的物相进行了鉴定并作显微结构观察。研究结果表明 :(1)以粉煤灰为主要原料 ,以 Ti O2 、Fe2 O3 为成核剂 ,通过传统熔体冷却方法能够获得 Na2 O- Ca O- Si O2 系统基础玻璃 ;(2 )对基础玻璃进行二步法热处理可以获得黑色和黄色的微晶玻璃 ,其主晶相为 Na Al Si O4 和 Ca2 Al2 Si O7微晶体 ,呈块状分布 ,该类玻璃的结晶化程度高

Abstract:The preparation of the basic glass of the Na 2O-CaO-SiO 2 system with above 50wt% flyash content and TiO 2/Fe 2O 3 as nucleation agent has been investigated by adopting conventional melt quenching technology.The nucleation and the crystallization temperatures are determined by using DTA.The phase and the microstructure of the glass-ceramics are investigated according to the results of the X-ray diffraction analysis and the SEM.The results show that,when introducing the flyash as main raw material,the glass of the Na 2O-CaO-SiO 2 system can be obtained;yellow color or black color glass ceramics containing main crystal phases such as NaAlSiO 4,Ca 2Al 2SiO 7 etc.may be obtained by using two stage heat treatment method.The SEM photographs show that the micro crystals in the glass ceramic structure are lumpy shape and the glass is almost crystallized completely.
