摘    要:由于风险具有一定的复杂性和不确定性,风险控制是隧道施工安全的关键。建立公路隧道施工风险评价指标体系及其评价标准,利用模糊层次分析理论(FAHP)建立隧道风险评价指标的权重求解模型;结合改进集对分析方法(ISPA)建立公路隧道施工风险评价模型,实现了隧道施工风险评价的半定量化;引入多元联系数的偏联系数(PCN)和集对势(shi)概念,建立FAHP-ISPA-PCN耦合的隧道施工风险动态评价模型。FAHP-ISPA-PCN模型实现了隧道两级风险评价指标模型的态势分析和发展趋势分析,完善了隧道施工风险评估。

Abstract:It is crucial to control risks in the construction of tunnels due to its complicated factors and uncertainty.Establishing highway tunnel construction risk evaluation indicators system and standards,applying the means of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP),weight of each evaluation index was determined.We built a highway tunnel construction risk model by using improved set pair analysis method (ISPA) and solved the problem of half ration estimation.Concepts of partial connection number (PCN) and set pair potential (shi) through multivariate connection number were introduced.The coupling of FAHP-ISPA-PCN under the highway tunnel construction risk dynamic evaluation model was established.The FAHP-ISPA-PCN model has realized situation analysis of highway tunnel construction risk evaluation index system and development trend,improving the science of the highway tunnel construction risk evaluation process.
