泥水盾构用泥浆浆液的流变性能研究

摘    要:用预水化法配制泥浆浆液,通过测量泥浆浆液的漏斗粘度、滤失量和流变性能研究了膨润土含量和CMC掺量对泥浆性能的影响。结果表明:低固含量时,随着膨润土含量的增加,泥浆的漏斗粘度、表观粘度和塑性粘度显著提高,滤失量逐渐降低;而当固含量较高时,随着膨润土含量的增加泥浆的滤失量、粘度等性能趋于稳定。随着CMC掺量的提高,泥浆粘度和抗滤失性能得到明显提高。综合考虑膨润土含量和CMC掺量的影响,当膨润土和CMC配比为3 000:1时泥浆粘度大,泥浆滤失量小,较易形成薄而致密的泥膜,综合性能最佳。

Abstract:The slurry was prepared via hydration method and the influences of content of bentonite and carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC) on the performance of slurry were studied.To achieve this purpose,the funnel viscosity,filtration loss and rheological behavior were investigated systemically.It was found that the funnel viscosity,apparent viscosity and plastic viscosity increased significantly with the increasing of bentonite content,while the filtration loss decreased with low solid concentration.However,with high solid concentration,the filtration loss increased with the increasing of bentonite content,but the viscosity increased up to a steady value.Mud viscosity and anti filtration properties were both markedly enhanced with the increasing of CMC concentration.Taking the synergistic effects of bentonite and CMC into consideration,mud viscosity was highest and filtration was lowest when the mass ratio of bentonite and CMC was 3000:1.A thin and compact filter-cake was easily generated to achieve the best comprehensive performance.
