摘    要:煤层回采过程中,受支撑应力的作用工作面前方煤岩体被破坏,注浆技术是控制煤岩体破坏的有效途径,而注浆工艺对于注浆效果的优劣具有重要意义。以山西某矿为试验矿井,采用层次注浆工艺和传统注浆工艺对其巷道破碎围岩进行加固,并对注浆效果进行对比分析。数据表明:层次注浆工艺注浆速度较传统注浆工艺快了40%;层次注浆工艺段巷道变形量明显小于传统注浆工艺段;层次注浆工艺能使浆液在煤岩体裂隙内得到有效充填,完整性有较大提高;层次注浆工艺煤壁有较小部分落下,但不影响采煤机正常回采,而传统注浆工艺煤壁比较破碎,完整性差;层次注浆工艺整体优于传统注浆工艺。

Abstract:In coal seam recovery process,the coal and rock in front of working face are damaged in the effect of supporting stress.Grouting technology is a very effective method to control coal and rock damage,and grouting process is important in grouting effect.Taking a coal mine in Shanxi as an experimental mine,the broken surrounding rock was reinforced by the level grouting process and traditional grouting process,and their grouting effects were analyzed.The results show that:(1) The grouting layer grouting process is faster than traditional grouting process by 40%;(2) Deformation of the roadway with level grouting process is much smaller than that of the traditional grouting process;(3) The level grouting process can make slurry effectively filling in coal and rock cranny,improving overall integrity;(4) Coal wall with the level grouting process has a small part of falling off,but it does not affect the normal stoping of shearer,while coal wall with traditional grouting technology is broken and its integrity is poor;(5) The level grouting process is superior to the traditional grouting process as a whole.
