增粘树脂WDH-B在载重斜交轮胎中的应用

摘    要:试验研究增粘树脂WDH-B在载重斜交轮胎中的应用。结果表明,在轻型载重轮胎胎体帘布层外层胶中加入增粘树脂WDH-B,硫化胶的300%定伸应力减小,撕裂强度增大;成品轮胎胎体帘布层间的粘合强度提高,耐久性能符合国家标准要求。在矿山系列载重轮胎胎面胶中加入增粘树脂WDH-B,硫化胶的撕裂强度略有增大,屈挠裂口长度明显减小;成品轮胎胎面胶的物理性能变化不大,轮胎使用寿命延长。

Abstract:The application of phenolic resin WDH-B in bias truck tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, by adding phenolic resin WDH-B in carcass ply compound of bias light truck tire, the stress at 300% strain of vulcanizate decreased, the tear strength increased, the adhesion of carcass ply in finished tire improved,and the endurance met the requirements of national standard. By adding phenolic resin WDH-B in tread compound of mine truck tire, the tear strength of vulcanizate increased slightly, the flex cracking length was shortened significantly, the physical properties of the tread in finished tire changed a little,and the service time of tire extended.
