| Abstract: | As water control projects are large scale engineering projects with complicated construction conditions, the related contractors often raise various claims by various reasons or subsequent regulations and codes concerned during the whole construction period. Therefore, the claims to be raised during the constructions of water and hydropower projects are discussed herein based on the practice of the contract management and claim processing for the international tendered projects in construction of Xiaolangdi Water Control Project. |
