非金属硬脆材料的先进孔加工技术研究进展

摘    要:现有的非金属硬脆材料的孔加工方法存在一些技术难题:如激光加工的锥度控制和堆积物处理,电火花加工时材料的导电性和电极的制备以及加工效率和质量问题。归纳了上述问题的解决办法,总结了国内外先进孔加工技术的研究现状和最新进展,并提出了新研制的高效低成本的引弧微爆轰击加工技术。

Abstract:There are some technical difficulties about current hole processing methods of nonmetal hard and brittle materials: such as taper control and accumulation handling of laser machining,materials’ conductivity and electrode preparation of EDM as well as efficiency and quality problems of each method. Summarized solutions of these problems and summed up advanced hole machining techniques and the latest perspectives at home and abroad. Then mentions a newly developed high-performance and low-cost micro-detonation machining technique.
