| 摘 要： | 我国《公司法》规定了企业的独立人格和有限责任制度。这一制度若被滥用,将对债权人及社会公众的利益造成侵害。因此,我国应针对这种现象,加强对公司法人人格否定制度的研究和立法。

| Abstract: | The Company Law" of our country stipulates enterprise's independent legal person qualification and limited - liability system. But if this system is abused, it will make inroads on the benefit of creditors and publics. Thus, we should strengthen the research and legislation of the system of company legal person's qualification negation. |
