聚苯乙烯基阳离子交换纤维催化剂的研究

摘    要:制出一种高催化活性和使用方便的新型固体酸催化剂--聚苯乙烯基阳离子交换纤维催化剂,并将该催化剂应用在蔗糖转化和醋酸甲酯的水解反应中,结果发现,对蔗糖大分子转化过程而言,阳离子交换纤维催化剂每摩尔当量酸的催化活性是其大孔阳离子交换树脂的14倍,本征速率常数是树脂相中的2.0倍,而在醋酸甲酯小分子水解反应中,纤维状催化剂每摩尔当量酸的催化活性几乎与树脂催化剂相等,这表明纤维催化剂对不同尺寸分子反应物具有不同的反应行为。

Abstract:A novel acid base catalyst-polystyrene based ion exchange fiber catalyst is introducted.The reactions of sucrose inversion and methyl acetate hydrolysis were carried out by using these cation exchange fibers and ordinary cation exchange resin.The catalytic activity per equivalent acid of the fiber is fourteen times as high as that of the resin in the case of sucrose inversion.The intrinsic rate constant in the fiber phase is 2.0 times as much as that in the resin phase.On other hand,the catalytic activity per equivalent acid of the fiber is almost equal to that of the resin in the case of methyl acetate hydrolysis.It is suggested that this different behaviors are attributed to the different molecule sizes of the reactants.
