| 摘 要： | 在使用APR工具进行钻杆地层测试中,通常在测试结束时,通过控制环空压力将RD循环孔打开,实现循环压井。从RD循环阀的结构和原理出发,结合Agadem现场案例,分析RD循环阀不同情况下的失效原因,并对RD循环阀的保养及使用提出建议。

| Abstract: | RD circulating valve, normally, is used to circulate the well when the well testing job is completed with APR tools, but sometimes it fails to do its job in the field. Based on some typical cases in Agadem oilfield, according to the structure and operating principles of RD circulating valve, the reasons for these failing cases are analyzed, and suggestions are made to better maintain the machine and cut down failure possibilities. |
