| 摘 要： | 在确立了什么是历史建筑的基础上,以沈阳等城市景观建设中对历史建筑的处理为实例,探讨了城市景观设计中对历史建筑保护和开发的四种模式,即:'拆 露'的模式、'历史建筑 广场'模式、'整旧如旧'模式和'恢复重建'模式.并结合城市历史环境保护的原则、方法和城市景观设计的特点,提出相应的设计原则,确立了历史建筑保护在城市设计中的地位,为塑造具有特色的城市景观提供参考依据.

Preservation and development modes of historical buildings in townscape |

| Abstract: | Two basic elements are established firstly in this thesis, one is general concept of historical building, the other is the living instances in townscapes carried out in Shenyang and other cities. Then four modes are being discussed, including destroy for emerge, plaza with historical building, recomposing and restore. Finally, corresponding design principles are proposed to provide references for characteristic townscape. |
