混粉准干式介质下电火花表面强化TC4钛合金的显微裂纹探究

摘    要:以混粉准干式为工作介质,分别用石墨电极和紫铜电极对TC4钛合金进行电火花表面强化,研究了强化层的微观形貌和显微裂纹。结果表明:工具电极和峰值电流是影响电火花强化TC4钛合金强化层表面微裂纹数量和强化时间的主要因素。正确选用工具电极和峰值电流可获得较好的强化层,且强化层表面微裂纹较少。

Micro-cracks and Properties of Strengthened Surface on TC4 Alloy by Electrical Discharge in Near-dry Powder-mixed Medium
Abstract:With near-dry powder-mixed medium conditions,the surface of TC4 alloy was strengthened by electrical discharge on the graphite electrode and copper electrode respectively.The micro morphology and micro-crack of the strengthening layer were studied.The results show that tool electrode and peak current are the main factors that influence the surface micro-crack and strengthening time of TC4 alloy strengthened by electrical discharge.The better hardening layer can be obtained by choosing the tool electrode and the peak current correctly,and the surface crack of the strengthening layer is less.
