| 摘 要： | 在对移动视频会议的特点和条件进行分析的基础上,提出了基于4G的移动视频系统在国网ICT网络中的组网方案。该方案以国网ICT网络为中心,以视频会议为目的,将移动网络和Internet融合到国网ICT网络中,并且适用于正常移动视频会议应用场景和应急视频会议通信场景。
