凝析油稳定装置设计优化

摘    要:凝析气田天然气中凝析出来的液相组分是未稳定的凝析油,凝析油稳定装置目前仍是凝析气田开发的必然选择,国内已有近三十年的使用经验。在总结以往设计和生产操作经验基础上,对凝析油稳定装置的工艺流程、方法进行了简要介绍;对凝析油稳定装置关键设备的选型及关键参数进行优化,重点是预闪蒸罐的结构形式的选择、操作温度和压力的确定;对凝析油稳定塔顶和塔中进料比例分配进行了分析,从而优化工艺流程设置,节约能源,提高经济效益。
