| 摘 要： | 长庆靖边气田部分高产水、高矿化度气井腐蚀严重，油管寿命短，导致气井停产，修井频繁、费用高，给气田生产带来安全隐患。针对以上问题，国外常选用耐蚀合金管材进行治理，但防腐成本高，难以在靖边气田应用。为此提出了底层13Cr不锈钢，面层Al合金的双金属复合喷涂技术，对微观组织和耐腐蚀性能进行分析，结合现场挂片试验及腐蚀检测手段评价应用情况。结果表明，双金属复合喷涂涂层孔隙率低、耐蚀性能优、成本低，为低产、高腐蚀气井提供了一种经济有效的防腐手段。
