气井临界携液流量的计算方法

摘    要:在气藏开发中,气井井底的液量若不能及时排出,就会在井底聚集,将会形成积液,严重时造成水淹停产,因此,预测气井积液很重要。目前现场主要应用Turner模型进行气井临界携液流量的计算,但有一定的局限性。在实际生产现场,每口井的生产条件是不一样的,因此在计算气井临界携液流量时应先结合拽力系数G的全域拟合关联式计算出液滴的拽力系数,采用与Turner液滴模型相同的力学分析方法,得到了针对不同生产井的临界携液流量的计算公式。通过实例的计算分析,其预测结果较符合实际生产。

Abstract:In gas reservoir development,fluids will accumulate in gas well bottom and liquid loading will form in the bottom if such fluids do not be promptly discharged,which will result in water logging and production halts.Therefore,it is important to predict liquid loading in gas well.At present,Turner equation is mainly used for calculation of critical liquid carrying flow rate at site and certain limitation exists in this calculation.In the actual production field,production conditions of each well are different...
