| 摘 要： | 为了防止火炬放空时发生回火,引发火灾、爆炸等事故,有必要对火炬放空系统阻火设施的设置进行研究。通过分析火炬放空过程中发生回火的工况,以及防止火炬回火和爆炸所采取的措施,调研了中国石油集团工程设计有限责任公司西南分公司设计的几个天然气处理厂及炼油厂的火炬放空系统阻火设施的设计、使用情况,对国内外相关标准中关于阻火设施的设置规定进行了分析对比。列举了国内阻火设施发生故障的案例。天然气处理厂火炬放空系统中阻火设施的设置是极其重要的。火炬头应选择带有吹扫气的阻火设施,放空系统设置阻火器需慎重。
