| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于MapX的环保GIS管理系统的设计与实现方法。搭建了系统的基本功能框架，采用Delphi、SQLserver和MapX开发出系统的主要功能模块。该系统具有直观、友好、可扩展等特点，可为城市环境保护管理提供技术支持。

| Abstract: | The design and realization of an environmental protection GIS management system based on MapX are introduced. The basic function frame of the system is constructed and the main function modules are developed by using Delphi, SQL Server and MapX. This system has the characteristics such as intuition, friendliness and extensibility. It can provide the technical support for the urban environment protection management. |
