| 摘 要： | 根据沈阳化工学院新校区总体建设的规划，图书馆正在兴建之中．图书馆网络系统建设是新馆内涵建设的重点，是数字图书馆建设的基础，为此必须高度重视．经过认真地学习和探讨，以数字化理念和网络时代为主题，研究和设计了新馆网络系统，提出了网络系统建设的原则、内容和技术实现．

| Abstract: | According to the planning of overall construction of new campus of Shenyang institute of chemical technology, the library is in course of building. Library network system construction is not only the focal point of the new library intension construction, but also the fundament of the digital library construction. So we must pay close attention to it. According to serious study and discussion, the new library network system and the principle content and the technology realization on regarding digital idea and cyber time as the theme are decribed. |
