| Abstract: | The concept of performance-based seismic strengthening design is presented and the essential idea is put forward. After seismic strengthening the performance of structure under different level earthquake is illuminated through a method of performance level demarcation. At last several issues in application are discussed according to the characteristic of seismic strengthening. |
